general info

* Competition is always the first meeting of the month
* Only club members whose dues are current are eligible to compete.
* Digital Projected Images (DPI) are e-mailed to dpi chairman one week prior to competition night.
* A maximum total of 24 images per club year may be submitted in each dpi category, "Color or Black & White" -- not exceeding 4 entries per month per category.

* A maximum total of 16 images per club year may be submitted in dpi "Specials"
* A single image may be submitted in both print and dpi format during the club year with the exception of special's entries.

eligibility

* The entrant must have exposed
the original image and only the entrant may have done any modifications.

* Same or similar photos previously submitted by the entrant and judged in the same category are ineligible.

* Prints toned with no more than one color plus black are only eligible monochrome prints.

computer

* Computer imaging techniques may be used, but all images must begin as a photographic image exposed by entrant.

* The entrant must do all computer manipulation, but printing and mounting of the final print may be done commercially if other requirements are met.

* Completely computer- generated images are not eligible.

dpi sizing

* Maximum dimension of image is large jpeg - 1400 width x 1050 height including borders.
